Ballistiq designed and developed the new Autodesk AREA blogs. AREA is the official product community for Autodesk and they needed a way for staff to communicate to users. Each blogger has his/her own blog where they have access to post anything they like on the blog. This has been very successful at increasing customer engagement for Autodesk M&E customers.
